LIVE the retreat is an online experience that has been designed for YOU to log on and relax in a place thats comfortable to you. Our Coaches
Live the Retreat was founded by Natalie, a fully qualified yoga, mindfulness and breath work coach.
Natalie has been on her own mindfulness journey and has created Live the Retreat to encourage others to make simple changes in their daily lives to make vast improvements to their overall mental and physical wellbeing. Live the Retreat is designed to help enhance peoples wellbeing by encouraging them to incorporate simple habits & techniques into their daily routine to bring out the best versions of themselves.
